Nêndê-laka Fêqê was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1204, by Shèbe Èqtho. The establishment of Nêndê-laka Fêqê was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Shèbe Èqtho electing to pay people to resettle in Nêndê-laka Fêqê.

Nêndê-laka Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nêndê-laka Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Nêndê-laka Fêqê is buildings are located arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The somewhat suffishent have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Nêndê-laka Fêqê has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Nêndê-laka Fêqê ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Likely due to this, Nêndê-laka Fêqê is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to have homes. One cannot help but wonder what Nêndê-laka Fêqê was like during the glorydays.
